Born on February 1st, 1973, in Forrest City, Arkansas, DeShay Hollis embodies resilience and entrepreneurial spirit. Raised in Madison, Arkansas, she overcame numerous obstacles as a black woman. Inspired by her mother, a nurse and beautician, and her stepfather, a construction business owner, DeShay learned the value of hard work and dedication.

She founded Silver Lining Senior Care in 2015, turning a personal calling into a multi-million dollar success. Her ventures also include K&L Rental Properties, DeShay's Beauty Collection, and investments in businesses founded by her children. DeShay's charitable work further reflects her commitment to her community. Her story is a testament to resilience, faith, and unwavering commitment to one's dreams.
